You may cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled pick-up. Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel:

In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, or extreme weather. In such cases:
If the passenger is not available at the pick-up location within 20 minutes of the scheduled time (or 30 minutes for airport pick-ups after flight landing), the booking will be marked as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

You can modify your booking (change time, date, pick-up location, or vehicle type) free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Modifications within 2 hours are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
